shoulder

recently was told by an ortopedic surgeon that my rt'shoulder has no longer cartilage, ball deformed and full of arthritis..arm is constantly painful, unable to play my regular sport such as squash tennis ect..i dislocated shoulder 25 yrs ago, had surgery to prevent dislocation and was active ever since in all kind of sports but mostly racquect sports. Is anything that i can do to get a few more yrs such as surgery, RX.therapy..Need your opinion and where in Canada would you recc.i go????

An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain. Sold in pairs.
