What type of physical therapy should my boyfriend be doing to heal his sesamoid bone? He feels like there is nothin there in his foot cause he had surgery and they took the small piece that was broken out...but that was september of last year....and now he is in spring football and still cant plant make cuts without stumblin. What should he do? Will he ever get back to normal?
