Scolios brace

hi,
i wear the boston brace also known as the "underarm brace" for 23 hours a day. my spine is curved in an "s" and is 15 degrees. i am 16 years old.
my brace doctor tells me that i might have already stopped growing, but my scoliosis treatment doctor says i'll probably have to wear it until im 21.
Latley I've been having severe pains on my right side. the brace always leaves a mark on this side and also along the top of my ribs. Yesterday my heart area started hurting very badly with the slightest movements, it hurt to stretch, to laugh, to cough, to lean over, it pretty much hurt even when i wasnt doing anything at all. Im sure that it's caused by the brace because the area where it hurts is where i usualy get a mark and where the brace closes in the front and presses into my skin very tightly.
i wonder if the brace could be causing any internal damage? or will this pain just go away over time? should i keep wearing it in the meantime?
thank you very much for your help,
rabia

An ideal cushion to help preserve metatarsal phallangeal joint alignment (e.g. bunion deformity and post-operative toe drift).
