Re: My knee Injury. is it osgoodslatus?

i have this too....i got when i was 9. i love sports, and they are my life..it hurt so bad when i was at practices and games that i couldn't even stand up, but i pushed through the pain...back then when i was 9 i was about 4 foot 8...and now i am 5 foot 11 and i am 13 years old...so im guessing it has to do something with growing. let me just tell you that it still hurts but it is way better than it was. a while ago, i couldnt even bend down...maybe that is what your going through but it goes away eventually and now i can actually bend down without it hurting. now it only hurts when i hit it directly, especially in basketball, so it swells and hurts but aventually goes away...yes there are bumps but i guess i have to live with it now...also, my right knee is worse than my left...so im not sure what is going on there but hopefully this helped you...

Plantar Fasciitis is caused by repetitive strain and is the most common cause of localized heel pain. It is an inflammation of the plantar fascia and is a clinical diagnosis based on a history and examination completed by a physician.
