Re: crushed Sesamoid Bone

i have to have surgery on the 10th feb for a crushed sesamoid bone in my right foot. plus it is also split in half. most of the time it is nagging pain and not sure what the cause is. probs soccer. the doctor has to fuse the bones together and may have to bone graft. i will be in hospital for 4 days, a leg cast for 6 weeks and a walker boot for 5 to 6 weeks. a 12 month full recovery and a little scar.

The Calf Skin provides the calf with constant compression for both calf and shin area. Excellent in helping reduce shin splints, Bio Skin's light weight and low profile make it very easy to wear.
