Slight Numbness & Pain in Foot

I have had a slight numbness in the joint of two of my toes, along with a weird pain, almost feeling like I can feel the bone moving. The two toes in question are the two next to my pinky toe. Before this numbness came about, it seemed as though every time that I would take my shoes off, bam! my foot would kill me, and I could not put any pressure (like walking) on it, or I would drop to the floor. Now I limp around most of the time and my foot is now slightly numb???????
