heel pain

I fell free climbing, about 20 feet and landed on my heels on rock. I have not been able to walk on my heels and stay on my toes as much as possible. Now that the weather is turning cooled, they hurt all the time and I fear I will be on my toes soon again. can you help?

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
