one more thing

I am also a marathon runner and when I train for long distances like that, my big toenails always turn black and sometimes fall off. It doesn't take long for them to grow back, but a lot of people that do sports like that actually have their toenails removed! (Lance Armstong included!) I wouldn't go that far, but it is totally normal to lose them and you shouldn't worry too much! Good luck
