toenail falling off

I keep losing toenails. I don't think I'm doing anything to damage them but I keep losing my big toenails. They just turn black from the kwick out and fall off. I'm 46 and have never had this happen until about a year ago and have lost 3 nails now. My forth has just started to show.

I'm healty, 135lb female with two kids. I play moms vollyball once a week and just look after the kids the rest of the time ..... Any Ideas???
