pain in bottom of foot

I was lying down with my leg bent and my right knee was on the bottom of left foot and a stabbing pain occur I straighten my leg and the pain worsen and began to shot up my left leg and then to my left hand. I have chron's disease, arthitis and other health problems is this related to my illness or is it something else please let me know. Thank you in advance Bell
