heel pain (heel spur??)
I was playing basketball and I would make a sharp turn or put pressure on my heel as i was going up for a shot and I would feel a sharp pain in my heel. I'm assuming it's a heel spur and I'm wondering whats the best way to treat it or get the pain to go away so I can play basketball again?

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
