Numb toe after ACL Reconstruction

Hello
I had ACL reconstruction on my right knee 9 weeks ago. Since then half my big toe is numb and I have a tingling sensation constantly. The other half of the toe is OK. It is quite puzzling and I am not surewhat it could be.

Any input would be appreciated.
