Morton's Nueroma Treatment

Hello, I am left-handed but, I don't know why this is affecting my right side more than my left. On both feet,my middle toes feel like they are on fire, become cramped, and hurt after standing/walking for just 2 hours. This has been going on for 3 years or more. For the past 2 months, the top of my right foot often becomes swollen and very painful, even when I am lying down. I believe this nerve thing is now affecting my right knee area. I'm unable to walk without pain at times it is slight pain, at other times it is severe pain. Please help me with any advice. Thank you,Kristine Molmen
