I have had 4 cortisone shots and 7 nerve dissolving shots, no relief. Would surgery be my only option now?
I have read some posts that report still having pain after surgery. What complications can result from surgery?

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
