foot tendonitis

I have had Achillis Tendonitis in the past and stetching resolved it. Now I have tendonistis on top of my foot, apparently from tying a shoelace too tight. I also apparently have some arthritis in my foot. I also have very high arches and understand that because of my age they are having a harder time and there's more raising of the tissue on top of my foot near the ankle. I also get a lot of foot cramps and suspect some symptoms of plantar fasinitis(sp?).
What type of support should I be getting for my foot?

Tuli's Double-Ribbed Pro heel cups are the most advancesd shock absorbing heel cups available today. The primary force of the heel strike is absorbed by the larger and higher waffle pattern while the lower and denser waffle pattern absorbs the high pressure and final force spike of heel strike. Perfect for sports activities.
