extreme heel pain on side of heel

About a week ago I jumped off a small builing 7ft high with a pair of high top boots on. Ever since then I haven't been able to put weight on my heels. The outside of both my feet hurt when pressure is applied. Immediately after this happened I had bruising and swelling and now both are gone but the pain persists.
I am just wondering if maybe I have a stress fracture or if there is something else wrong.
