Upper foot Pain
i went hiking a few days ago and i wasnt wearing proper shoes now the top of my foot is hurting really bad, i can not flex my toes and and lift them off the ground up ward i can down but very little it is now starting to hurt to walk on. it i snot really sensitive to the touch but i can definatly fell and agrivation when i touch it it is not swelling of bruising? What is wrong withit?
