Re: sore spot with knot on bottom of foot

: : Hello, I have had a sore spot on the bottom of my foot just before the heel, for a few days now. I know I went outside barefoot one day and walked on gravel. I am very tender footed. I wondered if this could be a stone bruise, but would it cause a knot. It is about the size of a dime in a cirular area. Sore to touch and sore to walk on. Is this a stone bruise or something else. Thank you for your reply.

The HealWell Night splint is designed to comfortably position the foot in a controlled amount of dorsiflexion to provide a gentle stretch to the plantar fascia and Achilles Tendon. This gentle stretch helps reduce the muscle contracture, inflammation and associated pain. It has also been clinically proven to reduce symptoms of plantar fasciitis.
