Same sore spot on foot as Mel
I have exactly the same sore spot just in front of my heel that is a small sore lump. Has anyone figured out what it might be. I was massaging my feet in the gravel on a beach and noticed a bit of pain soon after. Very sore to the touch, only a little sore when walking.
