loose knee caps

I have had x-rays at the orthopedic surgeon's office.

They show that both of my knee caps are loose.

Will I have to have surgery for this after, I do
my strengthing exercises?

How extensive is this surgery?

Thanks..

The new Diamondbacks were designed to be the best fitting, most comfortable, heel and arch support on the market today. This product is especially exciting because its thin easy fitting design will fit in virtually any shoe style including dress shoes!
