big toe inflamation

My 2yr. old granddaughter woke up from a nap today with both big toes red and swollen. Painful to touch. She just recently had a reaction to Amoxicillin (broke out in terrible small blisters or hive type sores)and was put on Zithromax. Could the toe issue be from the new antibotic? Your help is appreciated.

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
