plastic/cosmetic suery on toes

I plan on having corns removed on my second toe on both feet. My question is:can some type of plastic surgery be preformed on my toes so there is no trace of me having corns? Basically, I want my toes to look normal as if the corns were never there. Is this possible? Also my second toes are longer than the first. Can they be shortened? I know all of this may seem a little vain, but I would really like to show my feet.

Thanks

A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
