I hurt my toenail a year ago. The nail never fall off. Today I pulled a bed upon the toe and it tore the nail upright. It was pulled away from the top part of my toe. I pulled the nail off. What should I do for it so it won't get infected? I did clean it and put it in water. Please tell me what I need to do.
