Painful Bump on Bottom of Foot

I have one bump on the bottom by the heel, its black and the area around it is hard, and it hurts to walk on it. I have two smaller bumps on the other foot by my toes on the bottom, but they are red, and not as painful. It seems like they just appeared one day. what should I do?
