athlete's foot on sole of foot

I've suffered with this also since a trip to Cancun in 2005... on the instep & sides only of my feet. Itchy! I've tried tons of stuff from my Dr & Derm. Can it be related to pre-Menopause?

Specially developed for the treatment of plantar tendopathy. An area of softer silicone is incoporated on the medial side of the cushion, the area most sensitive to plantar faciitis pain.
