Re: Painful Bump on Bottom of Foot

i noticed a black dot on my foot months ago, i thought it would come out on its own since splinters usually do, but i guess it was pushed further in since i have it right where your foot bends to walk. now i have a dime sized small bump that looks somewhat yellowish, and that small area of the skin is rougher, i can't wear high heels since the lump is located right the weight is on heels. and is really frustrating, i've been soaking my foot in hot water with salt and then rubbing some neosporin on it, what else should i do?
