Tibia Stress fracture

I would like to know if a arch insole foot support has some bad efect in my injury. I have been using that for 4 years now and since the moment I start using it I have suffered from that injury very often. That insole support just have an arch support and doesn't have in the rear for the heel. Besides of it I am an athlete 400 m hurdles.
Could you tell me if that is the cause of my injury??
