upper back shoulders and neck

My name is Jennifer Isler.. I am a 17 year old female from PA. A few months ago I went to see an oroth doctor due to pain in my upper back, our family doctor sent me to him because she thought i had scholios, which she was correct but its not to a dangerous degree but, My back pain hurt so bad it felt like my back was putting pressure on my hips, Well the ortho doctor said i had Kifosios (i guess thats bad posture) i knew that iv always slouched over but anyway, He ordered physical threapy, to correct my posture, and i brace to hold them back, But i have been seeing this threapist for about 3 weeks now i see him 2-3 times a week, The first day I was there for my evulation he found alot, im wondering what happens if the threapy doesnt work i really dont understand much of what he is telling me, But he said my hamstrings are really really tight he said he has never seen anyone with hamstrings as tight of mine, i dont have good range of motion on my right side, and my head tilts alot it, Iv always had tendency of while in class or watching tv tilting my head to one side, he is streching the tissue in my neck, but it HURTS i know the old sayin no pain no gain but he keeps sayin its gettingf a little bit better but it really resists him and hurts to the point im ready to cry so what else would they do? my shoulder is ALOT higher then the other but my range of movent is better i have streches and all that but he think the neck is why my migrains are so bad, does anybody know what all this is?
