Re: How do I improve my complexion??

I used to be in your shoes. Maybe not as bad, but bad enough. There are several different things you can do for your skin. You don't necessarily have to see a dermatologist. You can steam your skin over a sink full of hot water with a towel over your head and use a mask made for oily / problem skin to remove the blackheads and dry up the pimples. There are also special made pore strips for your nose that take care of blackheads. Also available are treatments like ProActiv. If you drink alot of soda stop. Try and drink as much good quality water as you can. It's a fact that our skin is the largest organ we jave, so it needs water to detoxify and stay clear. I hope this information has helped you.
