Re: pain behind knee

After using the stairs alot while visiting my parents, I developed pain inside the back of my left knee. It is very painful to kneel down and to stand up again. No pain when walking. The pain is like a knife is being stabbed into the knee. Sometimes I need my husband's help to get back up. The pain has worsened. I have gained 20 lbs. and doing something about it. I do have a doctor's appointment in a couple days.Thank you
