I went looking for information on this today because I have the exact same problem. It drives me absolutely crazy. I hadn't been too active for awhile, because of the itching, so I gave it another try today. I only walk because even though my thighs itch when I walk, they BURN AND ITCH when I run. I like the suggestion about swimming. But I still want to walk. Here's another question: I also have Restless Legs where when I'm tired, I feel like I have to stretch or shake my legs uncontrolably. It's just as bad of a problem. I don't have any remedies for either thing. Do any of you have restless legs??
