I had knee replacements both legs. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS .MY LEFT KNEECAP WHEN I STRAIGHTIN OUT MY LEG THEN BEND IT MY KNEECAP POPS TO THE INSIDE AND BACK. I WAS TOLD TO DO LEG LIFTS 25 TIMES 2x ADAY. SITTING INA CHAIR. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO?
