ankle brsces

Had ankle injury about 20 years ago, reinjured 3 years ago dancing for about 5 hrs; got better then keep getting setbacks.

Need to know which is most appropriate for braces the aircast type or the elastic slip on type?

I would like to be able to resume dancing and playing tennis.

With anticipated thanks for your help.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
