Re: Dislocated pinky....HELP!!!!

I did the exact same thing on Friday, and it is now Monday and my finger is still significantly larger than my other pinky. I can clench in a fist but there is still some pain. I also experience pain when I apply any sort of pressure or resistance to my pinky in any direction. Should I visit the doctor, or just wait to see if I get full usability back.

Thanks. I will remember not to steal the ball by reaching around the back next time, and surely will remember not to lead with my pinky again...

Blessings,
Alex

Helps strengthen the kneecap mechanism by applying pressure on the tendon above the kneecap as well. This tends to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the under surface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q-angle).
