Pain in Lower Calves

Hello. I am not quite sure how to describe the pain I am feeling, but I will do my best. It is in my lower calf, worse on the right side, around the area where if you would flex your calf, the part right under the meat where the leg gets skinnier. The whole area feels bruised, but i have had no physical contact with anything to get such a bruise. It feels okay when sitting, but when I walk or put pressure on the leg, it gets extremely tender. I used to play soccer and volleyball, but have been out of play for more than 2 years now, so I don't think any physical activity has brought this on. It has been painful for a while now, about a year, off and on. It's driving me crazy, and I hope you can help me out.

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
