knee pain

Hi i'm 24 years old and have had this problem for a few years now. i'm pretty active with weight training and running, so i'm assuming this is where it has all come from. I have bilateral knee pain on the top of my knee caps. There is a bump you can notice through palpation in my left knee cap and both knees make this door creak noise and they also pop a lot. i have had an x-ray, but can't afford an mri. i'm not sure what i should do. i work as a tech in a rehab, and the physical therapist have had a look, but there all so active as well and have as many pains as i do. The Ortho doctor looked at my knee and i didn't feel like she had any good answers to my problem. I thought it was tendonosis, but another therapist thought it was too high up to be the tendon, maybe the sheath. i think its scare tissue that has developed to make the bump. any advice?

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
