well some person told me to do this ages ago n every time i have like a hurt ankle or sumfing i do this wat u do is you get some potatoes n chop them up n then put it on the place where it hurts and then you get some tissues and put it over the potatoes that r on ya leg n then cover that with glad wrap and then put a sock on that n leave it over night and then by the morning it should work....
Do u have ne other sujestions?
