Knee STRAINS (Both) At Subway Station.

I injured both of my knees during a walk from the TTC train in Toronto while walking on uneven platform floorings.

I twisted my back to the right of me and landed with my hand covering my head just slightly on the ground with both knees completely skint up and bruised.

The ambulance was called by TTC's supervisor. I couldn't move my legs whatsoever. (believe me I tried).

After being in hospital. I was x-rayed and found that I'm left with knee strain under both of my knee caps.

Plus I have an knee immobolizer for my more severe knee which is my right knee that has it. I'm to follow up with my family doctor in 3 days and then go forth with physio to rehab both knees.
(This happened today).

Also, any ideas on whether or not I should get TTC bus terminal to pay for the injury done at their subway station. I need some advice. Like should TTC subway pay for the physio or ambulance/immobolizer costs (that I have to pay out of my own pocket, which it happened in their subway station).
