I am a woman 49 yrs of age and pretty active, I would like to do my therapy at home. I do most all my usual activ.with minimum pain during or after. Still exper.some discomfort during the night, do not have full range of motion I should have upon full a recovery. I realize I am about 3/4 of the way through to full recovery. Please advise with a work out & pictures. Thank you
