I fractured my elbow. Have been in cast for 7 days, it was half casted not full, after romoving the cast the doctor told me to do some exercises.
The problem i am having now is that i can't open it straight or bending it full in a way that the palm of my hand touches the shoulder.
During my streching i feel pain and it than it goes away slowly.
What exercises most helpfull?
Do i need any weights because if i lift or push it is painfull?
Does it take long to recover?
