Patello femoral syndrome

Good day,

I broke my right leg about 20 years ago playing soccer and eveloped Patello-femoral syndrome. My right leg is between one-half and three-quarters of an inch shorter than my left leg. Right hamstring is consistently tight and pain in the right knee jumping, going up stairs, ladders, etc. Is there anything I can do to either eliminate or better manage this?

Thx.
Noel
