Re: petellar tendinosis rehab and duration?

hahah this isn't really going to be what you want to hear, but i had patella tendinosis for over a year, and it wasn't improving whatsoever, so i ended up having surgery. the surgery fixed the patella tendinosis, but now i have other complications and problems with my knee. however, surgery for patella tendinosis, from what i hear, is extremely rare. hope you feel better.
