Roughly two years ago I had a fracture of my left tibia plateau. This resulted in my receiving a lateral plate with corticle screw construct. I have what is concidered a 4.4mm depressed portion that is part of the lateral tibial plateau. I explain all of this because it has been a very dificult recovery. I am able to walk for the most part. However, I find myself at times compensating for the injury.
In the last two to three months I have noticed a slight discomfort in my left hip near the pelvic region. Could this be a repercussion of my previous injury? and should I have it looked at?
The pain is not bad, however, I am fiding that the discomfort is coming at more regular intervals than before.
Thank you for you time.
