thumb capsulitis

Hi,
My doctor has diagnosed with me adhesive capsulitis in my thumb MCP joint. I'm scheduled to have surgery in a month since P.T. And a dynasplint brace has not worked to regain motion. I've looked online, and talked to my dr. But I can't find anything about this for the thumb joint.

Can you give me somewhere I can go to to do some extra reading on it, like the estimated recovery time, or what the P.T. Is going to be like following the surgery. Any websites you might know of or anything you can tel me would be helpful.
