Left shoulder capsulePain presents whenever I am doing any kind of repetition overhead work. Pain is dull, throbbing, focused mostly at the shoulder capsule but as it persists extends down the bicep to forearm and towards the fingers.
I don't have problems doing bench pressing. I originally thought it might be a bicep tendon problem, but I don't do curls and it doesn't hurt when I bench, etc.
My upper body is fairly flexible, chest is flexible enough to allow full ROM. I think I might have tight upper traps, as I tend to sleep with my arms overhead and do a lot of deadlifting and other exercises that hit the traps.
Any idea?
