I slighty injured my rotator cuff 12 weeks ago lifting weights (military press or bench press did it). 12 weeks later I'm still getting soreness and even some minor numbness in my arm. Most online sources say it takes 12 weeks for it to heel. But my question is, is that 12 weeks period? or 12 weeks of REHAB? I've been doing weights 1 x a week since I hurt it, but is that enough?
I've done internal and external rotation.
